How do I check my application status?+
Log in using your email and password (or KCSE index number for KUCCPS students). Your dashboard shows a live status timeline from submission through to decision.
What documents do I need to upload?+
All applicants need: (1) a clear passport photo, (2) National ID or passport, and (3) academic certificates relevant to your programme. Kenyan applicants under 18 should upload a birth certificate instead of an ID.
Can I save my application and finish it later?+
Yes. Create an account first, and your progress is automatically saved after each step. Log back in anytime to continue.
When will I get my admission decision?+
Decisions are typically communicated within 7–14 working days after your fee payment is confirmed. You will receive an email and an SMS notification, and you can also check your dashboard at any time.
I'm a KUCCPS student — what do I need to do?+
First confirm you have received a placement letter from KUCCPS showing PAC University as your institution. Then visit the Login page, select "KUCCPS / Government", and enter your KCSE index number to access your portal and accept or reject your offer.
